Hi, I’m Eirumi.
Tell your story. Let’s find a way forward, together.
Registered businesses receive your report in their workspace. Other businesses receive an invitation when you provide a contact email.
Include photos, an MP4 video or a PDF to help explain the problem. Your supporting files stay protected.
See progress, exchange messages and confirm whether the proposed resolution works for you.
For customers
Less repeating yourself. More context, clearer progress, and a place to keep the conversation going.
Search for the company, check its details, or add it yourself. Start even if the business hasn’t joined Eirumi.
Add photos, video or a PDF alongside your description. Give the business the context it needs to respond.
Messages, evidence and status changes appear in an issue timeline. Pick up where you left off.
Save reminders and details just for you. Your personal notes are never shared with the business.
When a business proposes a resolution, confirm that it works or explain what still needs attention.
Once your issue is closed, rate how it was handled and share your feedback with the business.
A shared picture of progress
A report is more than a form. Keep the original story, supporting files, replies and resolution together, so both sides can understand what happened and what comes next.

Find the business, describe the issue, and add anything that helps explain it. Review your details before sending.
An invitation email is not an acknowledgment. If a business has not joined Eirumi, your report remains pending until it claims the request.
Our customer portal guides you through finding the business, explaining your issue and adding evidence.

Good to know
No. You can start a report for a business that hasn’t joined. Registered businesses receive reports in their portal. If you provide an email for an unregistered business, it can receive an invitation when email delivery is configured. Your timeline shows delivery status; an invitation is not an acknowledgment.
Your report is not automatically published. Shared messages are visible to you and authorized people in the business. Your personal private notes stay with you; business notes stay with the business.
PNG or JPEG photos, MP4 videos and PDF documents, up to 25 MB per file. File previews and downloads become available after the safety check.
You can begin by finding the business and preparing the report. You’ll need to sign in with a verified account to submit it, attach evidence and follow the conversation.
Yes. Business admins can invite staff to view reports, communicate with customers and add business notes. Admins manage issue progress and staff access.
After a customer issue is closed, the customer who reported it can leave one rating and an optional comment. That review is visible to the business.
